Significant Pain Relief in Just One Session
Welcome to our site. This page describes Direct Release Myofascial Techniques (DRMT) and the powerful effect they have on restoring health to the fascial network.
Almost instantaneously reducing pain and improving range of motion, Direct Release Myofasial Techniques (DRMT), are a fast and effective way to resolve issues in the fascia.
Unlike massage, no lotions or oils are used. This allows the practitioner to "hook" into the adhesive tissue to separate it from surrounding structures. The application of the technique will feel like compression and stretching directed into the tight and painful area. Slowly, the fascia will rehydrate and begin to feel more elastic and supple as it slides away from the neighboring structures.
Another component of DRMT is the mobilization of the related joints and tissues. The practitioner will request specific movements from the client. While the client is performing the proper movement, the practitioner will work by directing pressure into the right area. This will free the
fascia further and reeducate the client as they explore the new movement. As proper range of motion is restored, this joint mobilization normalizes the signals through the nervous system which also will reduce pain and spasm.
Healing occurs quickly as the body's own processes are reestablished and normalized. DRMT produces positive local responses that quickly improve one's tissue health.
There is also a more complete solution available to create longer lasting results. Often times, pain is caused by a chain of events and without addressing the whole body, relief might only be temporary before the original pattern returns.
Structural Integration is the whole body solution for chronic pain. It is the only soft tissue system that addresses the human body as a whole therefore it is the only system that truly provides lasting results.
I will help you beat your pain
Few people depend on their bodies like a fighter. The physical conditioning required is intense and when it comes down to it, only the strong survive.
I will help you train without pain
Endurance athletes, especially runners, know the effects of gravity better than most. Whether your running a Marathon, Triathlon or running for fitness, every strike of the foot to the pavement sends awesome amounts of force into the body. Everyone has experienced the negative effects this can have on the body.
I will help you take your practice to the next level
The body functions at its best when movement and energy expands from the core and flows outward without restriction. Stress can cause structural imbalances and restrictions in the fascial layers of the body that will impede this flow, making access to the core more challenging.
