I will help you beat your pain
Few people depend on their bodies like a fighter. The physical conditioning required is intense and when it comes down to it, only the strong survive.
I will help you train without pain
Endurance athletes, especially runners, know the effects of gravity better than most. Whether your running a Marathon, Triathlon or running for fitness, every strike of the foot to the pavement sends awesome amounts of force into the body. Everyone has experienced the negative effects this can have on the body.
I will help you take your practice to the next level
The body functions at its best when movement and energy expands from the core and flows outward without restriction. Stress can cause structural imbalances and restrictions in the fascial layers of the body that will impede this flow, making access to the core more challenging.
